Conflict Resolution Services
CCR’s interactive presentations and workshops will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your communication skills, refine your approach to uncomfortable conversations, improve your confidence and build your conflict resiliency at work, home and in social situations.
CCR’s one-on-one confidential conflict coaching sessions will afford you an opportunity to discuss and plan the best ways to approach and navigate uncomfortable issues and difficult conversations at work, home and/or social situations.
CCR’s confidential face-to-face mediation sessions provide participants with the opportunity and space to discuss an issue, resolve a conflict and/or devise a plan for moving forward with the support, guidance and expertise of a neutral facilitator. (Please be advised, CCR does not provide mediation services in divorce/marital distribution cases.)
Phyllis A. Roestenberg
Phyllis A. Roestenberg is a licensed attorney, seasoned mediator and interactive trainer. A graduate of the University of Virginia and University of Denver College of Law (Sturm), she has trained hundreds of community leaders, students, attorneys, mediators, government staff and other professionals in the areas of conflict resolution, effective communication, unconscious bias, ethics and substantive law. She has represented clients in federal and state courts in Colorado and Arizona. She is a recipient of the “Outstanding Contribution to the Courts Award” for “serving the public and improving the legal profession.” Through Colorado Conflict Resolution, she provides interactive training, conflict resolution coaching and mediation services throughout Colorado.
